Prop Maintenance was founded by Gareth Smith and his wife Anna over 20 years ago. Originally one man and his truck, Gareth has grown Prop Maintenance to one of the most complete property maintenance businesses in Colorado.
We now have over 25 skilled technicians each with their own skills. From licensed plumbers to handymen, painters, snow plow drives, sprinkler techs, yard techs and many more.
